Eligible practitioners include:

• Osteopathic Manual Practitioners who meet eligibility requirements for membership in the Canadian Federation of Osteopaths (OAO in Ontario) - see below for OMP qualifiers*

• Physiotherapists, chiropractors, registered massage therapists, occupational therapists, naprapaths, and Chinese medicine practitioners

*Class 2 Osteopathic Practitioners may also be eligible when they hold additional professional qualifications in kinesiology, massage therapy, athletic therapy, nursing, acupuncture, Chinese medicine, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, chiropractic, or naprapathy.

All practitioners must be eligible for membership in the professional association or regulatory college applicable in their place of practice.

It is each practitioner’s responsibility to ensure that treating infants is within their professional scope of practice.
